In the last edition, we talked about your DNA of Design the unique blueprint that makes you different.

But knowing your design is only the first step. The next is learning how to power it.

And the truth is, most of the world is trying to run a V8 engine on a single battery. We’re taught to focus on two things: mind and body. Hustle, grind, optimize your thinking, push your body. But what if that’s only two-thirds of the equation? What if you’re leaving the most powerful part of you on the sidelines?

In my latest video, I talk about the three-part reality of who you are: Spirit, Soul, and Body.

Most of us are only living out of two of those dimensions. We focus on the Soul (our mind, will, and emotions) and the Body (our physical health and actions). We read the books, we do the workouts, we set the goals. But we neglect the Spirit the core of our intuition, our connection to the divine, the very source code of our design.

When you only operate from your soul and body, you’re living at 66% capacity, at best. More often, you’re living at just 33% stuck in your head or stuck in the physical grind, completely disconnected from the part of you that knows the way.

This is the imbalance that creates the friction, the burnout, and the feeling that you’re constantly swimming upstream. You’re trying to solve a spiritual problem with a mental or physical solution.

It doesn’t work. You can’t think your way into your purpose. You have to align your way into it.

Here’s how to start activating all three parts of your being.

  1. Assess Your Dimensions. Ask yourself three simple questions: How is my spirit? How is my soul? How is my body? Don’t overthink it. Your first intuitive answer is the right one. Are you feeling drained, anxious, energized, at peace? This simple check-in tells you which dimension needs your attention.

  2. Feed Your Spirit. Your soul is fed by information. Your body is fed by nutrition. Your spirit is fed by stillness, by worship, by nature, by connecting with something bigger than yourself. You can’t feed your spirit with a podcast or a workout. It requires a different kind of nourishment.

  3. Integrate, Don’t Isolate. The goal isn’t to prioritize one part over the others. The goal is to get all three working in harmony. When your Spirit gets a download, your Soul creates a plan, and your Body takes the action. That is the flow state. That is living at 100%.

I recorded a short video that breaks down this three-part reality. It’s called “Spirit, Soul, Body - The Missing Piece Holding You Back” and it’s only 4 minutes.

If you’ve ever felt like a piece of the puzzle was missing, this is it.
