Last edition, we talked about the three parts of your being: Spirit, Soul, and Body.
We focus so much on what to do when we’re awake, how to manage our thoughts (Soul) and how to direct our actions (Body). But what about the eight hours a day when your conscious mind is offline?
That’s the Night Season. And most people are sleeping right through their own breakthrough.
I talk about this in my latest video, but the concept is simple: when your Soul is quiet, your Spirit gets the microphone. The constant noise of your daily thoughts, worries, and to-do lists fades away, creating the perfect space for you to receive the downloads, guidance, and warnings you’ve been asking for.
We’ve been trained to dismiss it all as “just a dream.” Random, meaningless, weird.
But what if it’s not? What if your dreams are your spirit’s native language? What if the answers you’re seeking in your waking hours are being delivered to you every single night?
For centuries, ancient cultures and leaders have understood this. They didn’t see the Night Season as a time of rest, but as a time of revelation. It’s a built-in guidance system, but most of us have the notifications turned off.
Here’s how to start turning them back on.
1.Keep a Capture Device. Your memory of a dream evaporates within minutes of waking. The first step to decoding your messages is capturing them. Place a notebook, journal, or your phone’s voice recorder by your bed. The very first thing you do upon waking, before your feet hit the floor, before you check your email is record everything you can remember. No detail is too small.
2.Chase the Feeling, Not Just the Story. Dreams can be bizarre. Don’t get hung up on the fact that you were flying on a purple dragon. How did it feel? Exhilarating? Terrifying? Peaceful? The emotion is the compass. It points you toward the true north of the message your spirit is trying to send.
3.Look for the Pattern. A single dream can be a clue, but a recurring dream is a conversation. If you keep having the same dream, or dreams with similar themes, your spirit is trying to get your attention about something important. It’s not a glitch; it’s a billboard.
What’s one recurring dream or dream theme you’ve had in your life?
Think back. What’s the one that has always stuck with you?

I recorded a short video that goes deeper into the mysteries of the Night Season. It’s called “Night Season Mysteries: The Messages You're Sleeping On” and it’s only 5 minutes.
If you’ve ever felt like there’s a deeper part of you trying to speak, this is how you learn to listen.
